Communications Strategist and Web Designer

Design, create and manage all print, digital and web-based materials and communication for Grove, Words of Victory and Hope for Israel; including the maintaining of all websites and sub-sites in a way that best communicates the great commission mission and vision.

2016 - 2018

Southern Graphic Systems, Project Manager

Coordinate projects from receipt of artwork to the shipped final product. Responsible for upstream project management within the supply chain. Review all preliminary artwork and obtain job specifications. Provide feedback regarding printability issues. Throughout the process offer creative, constructive ideas and suggestions pertaining to incoming work and discusses alternative ways of producing jobs for quality and cost effectiveness.

2003 - 2016

IMB, Director of Interactive Design

Orchestrated all aspects of IMB’s visual presence, both digitally and in print. This includes management of a team of internal/contract graphic designers and web developers. Worked closely with our editors, production manager, budget manager and vendors to ensure cost, quality, effectiveness and on-deadline production. Point for brand standards and producing effective user experience design for websites, social media, displays, and print resources for distribution.

Specifics include: 
Collaborate on content marketing campaigns that resulted in record-breaking donor giving, generating $1.3 billion since 2006.

Lead internal teams in creating a media kit for fundraising, promotion and distribution of mission resources. This became a thee-fold increase in resource distribution in 40,000 churches and took our website from 20% to 40% participation.

Orchestrate extensive booth experiences using display, web, and print to communicate and engage the vision. 

Simultaneously project-manage numerous large projects to reach goals and vision set by senior leadership.
